  4. The Service Provider reserves the right to change these Regulations at any time. Users will be informed of any changes through the website.

§ 2. Definitions

  • Platform – The website available at zenithhr.es, operated by the Service Provider.
  • User – Any natural or legal person using the Platform, including clients and candidates submitting their information.
  • Profile – A collection of data submitted by a candidate to the Platform's talent network.
  • Services – Services provided by Zenith HR Solutions, including executive search, HR consulting, and leadership training.
  • Regulations – These Terms of Service.

§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided

  1. The Platform provides information about the services offered by Zenith HR Solutions, industry insights, and contact information. It also allows candidates to submit their professional profiles for consideration in future search assignments.
  2. The submission of a profile does not guarantee an offer of employment or an engagement in a recruitment process.
  3. All executive search and consulting services are governed by separate, specific client agreements that detail the scope, fees, and obligations of both parties.
  4. The Service Provider endeavors to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Platform but does not warrant its completeness or correctness.

§ 4. Technical Requirements

  1. To use the Platform, the User must have a device with internet access and a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari) with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
  2. The Service Provider is not responsible for technical problems or limitations on the User's equipment that prevent the use of the Platform.
  3. The User is responsible for the security of their own device and data.

§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User

  1. The User is obliged to use the Platform in accordance with applicable law, these Regulations, and good practices.
  2. The User agrees to provide true, accurate, and current information when using contact forms or submitting a profile.
  3. The User is prohibited from providing unlawful content, engaging in any activity that could disrupt the functioning of the Platform, or using the Platform for purposes other than its intended use.
  4. All intellectual property rights to the content on the Platform, including text, graphics, and logos, belong to the Service Provider.
  5. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Platform's content is strictly forbidden.

§ 6. Final Provisions

  1. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform will be resolved by the competent court for the Service Provider's registered office.
  2. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of Spanish law shall apply.
  3. If any provision of these Regulations is found to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
